Born in 1942, Dr Alain Kupferman is a Bi-national (Belgian and French) industry pharmacist, with long hands-on experience in production as department and plant manager and technical coordinator as well for a large German company, he has been working in the last 20 years as consultant for factory planning. He is also regularly employed by WHO to give technical assistance to companies wanting to be pre-qualified. Dr Kupferman has participated as instructor to numerous WHO training programs, directed at industry and regulators.
